Additional billing adjustment for increase in ad spend budget during the month: We will take the advance payment from the client as per the fixed billing amount for a slab to start with. At the end of the month, we will see the actual spent and will calculate the percentage to adjust the amount accordingly in the renewal invoice. The percentage to be charged on the overspent amount will be the same as per the slab client initially signed up for.

If amount is under spent due to mind change from client’s end or due to any other restriction or issues with ad manager account: The minimum amount paid for the service will not be adjusted in next billing or refunded.

If amount is under spent by Verve Logic: If the actual amount spent at the end of month turns out to be from the lower slab due to the under-spending by Verve Logic to consume the budget, then we will not charge any amount on renewal until that budget limit is consumed. The new invoice will be raised once that portion of the amount is consumed and the billing date will be readjusted.

From the date of project confirmation (Payment Received), in how many days your ads will get live: It will require us 3-4 working days to set up your ad account (if not already done) and to prepare your ad copies, review past performance, strategiesÂ
and then we will take your ad live accordingly. Hence, this period will also be the part of service tenure.
If your ad accounts have any suspension on your account which requires help from Meta’s or Google support team, this time can vary but will be the part of our service tenure only.

We will also work on creating compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonates with our target audience. Additionally, we will leverage various data sources to understand the performance of our ads and make data-driven decisions for our future ad strategies. This will involve A/B testing, analyzing metrics such as click-through rates and conversion rates, and optimizing our ad campaigns for maximum impact.
